On the 26th of August, 2016 the Institute of Nuclear Physics was visited by the delegation from Korea: Kim Young-Seok – Vice President of Busan Technical Park, Park Ik Min – Director of the Center of convergent medical technologies, I Ho Seok – Doctor of thoracic surgery of Busan National University, Lee Man-Woo – Head of radiological research department in the Dongnam Institute of Radiology and Medical Sciences. The visitors met with the leading experts of RSE INP, headed by Director General Sakhiyev S.K. and discussed the prospects of joint cooperation in the field of nuclear medicine and nuclear technologies. The delegates were informed about the capabilities of the new cyclotron C-30 for production of radioisotopes for medical and industrial applications; they visited the production site of the electron accelerator ELV-4.
