Kazakhstan "Kazatomprom" Company plans to raise its reserves up to 150 million tons by 2020, according to the head of the company Vladimir Shkolnik. He also says that "Kazatomprom" is also considering the possibility of acquiring licenses to develop local deposits of rare earth metals. The enterprise plans to increase production slowly, so as to prevent a sharp drop in prices.
