Announcement of Reorganization by way of takeover

NAC Kazatomprom JSC registered at the address: #10, Kunayev Str., Essil district, 010000, Astana, (Certificate of State Re-registration of legal entity No. 41031 – 1901-АО dated August 23, 2011, BIN 970240000816), notifies herewith of the reorganization by way of takeover of the “Mining Company” Limited liability partnership (LLP) registered at the address: Taukent, Suzak region, South-Kazakhstan oblast ( Certificate of the State registration of legal entity No.22785-1958-ТОО dated August 19, 2004, BIN 040840001172). All rights and obligations of the Mining Company LLP shall transfer to NAC Kazatomprom JSC under the Transfer Act.
