Today in the world there has been a positive trend towards a conscious attitude to nature and the ecological way of life. Much work is being done at the legislative level, new technologies are being created that have the least impact on the environment. Almost every enterprise now does not do without an environmental specialist. In the digitalization era, environmental knowledge and IT development is integrated into unified solutions to optimize and accelerate the processes of obtaining more reliable data for monitoring and monitoring environmental quality and simplify the processing of results.
In live chat mode, the special guest of the workshop, Sukhanos Olesya, Executive Director of NP “Professional Ecological Organization“ June 5 ”, shared with the participants about the possibility of a modern specialist to apply the knowledge, competencies in the field of ecology, learn new skills in technology and digitalization and introduce a digital environmental monitoring platform.
“Working for 15 years as an ecologist in the Kaliningrad region, I then suddenly became an IT specialist in Moscow. As a result, I mastered new technologies in a new world of telecommunications. At the same time, I had to plunge into a completely new “male world” and learn to communicate with a new circle of people, gain new important experience in the digital economy related to the environment.”
