Licensor defined in sphere of atomic energy use in Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan has defined a licensor in the sphere of atomic energy use. The resolution of the Government was signed by Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov.

On defining a licensor in the sphere of atomic energy use

In accordance with the subparagraph 2) of the article 10 of the Law of Kazakhstan as of May 16, 2014 "On licensing and notifications" the Government of Kazakhstan decrees:

1. To assign the committee for atomic and energetic supervision and control of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan a licensor in the atomic energy use sphere.

2. To declare to be no longer in force the resolution of Kazakhstan as of July 10, 2013, No 716 "On several issues of licensing of the activities in the sphere of atomic energy use".

3. The present resolution comes into force ten days after its first official publication.
